I had trouble closing my dresser drawers this afternoon. I pushed harder on the thick padding of shirts and pants. No movement. It was full - really, really full. I tossed the remaining pieces of clothing from the neatly folded laundry pile back onto my bed.
Now I must interject, it’s not that this dresser [...]

The Case Against Adolescence Opposite Way

Not only did Alex and Brett interview Leeland, but on visiting Leeland’s site, I found you can actually listen to the entire album online for free. That’s awesome.

Farewell, Junior

(And all Tony Stewart fans said…[sorry, bad joke])

If you haven’t heard, Spunky Junior is no longer going to be blogging over at her personal blog, which has provided some extremely thought-provoking, stellar posts throughout it’s lifetime. Thankfully, Spunky Junior is not leaving the blogoshpere all together, lest the teen blogs fall apart. Instead, she will be focusing her attention on Beauty From the Heart, another great team blog.

“I must say, I admire her self discipline,” said Karen Braun.

There was no comment on whether or not the decision came from the recent discussion between Spunky Jr. and Agent Tim or the recent visit of co-writer Hannah Beth from BfTH.

“It’s a sad day for the blogoshpere,” said Tim Sweetman of Agent Tim Online, “And I wish Kristin the best in her endeavors.”

He also declined to further comment, “Who cares what I have to say?” he added.

“I’m excited to see how God will continue to bless Beauty from the Heart and Regenerate our Culture,” stated Alex Harris, blogger for The Rebelution.

    Tim, you’re so goofy!

  2. Spunky Jr. Says:

Oh Tim, you’re very funny :)

While I know it was a joke, I didn’t leave over the recent discussion we’ve had on Total Truth. I actually enjoyed that and consider those types of things the best part of blogging. Nor did the recent visit of Hannah impact my leaving (okay, maybe that did have a slight impact).

Anyways, thanks for the well-wishes :) Oh yeah, and I don’t think the teen blogosphere would fall apart if I left completely. There’s too many other great bloggers like you and the Rebelution!

*groans* Oh Spunky, spunky, spunky, spunky, uh. spunky jr. how we’ll miss you! :D

Seriously now, did you know that your blog was the gateway to all of the people I link to currently? I found you through HSBlogger and everybody else through you. You are a valuable person now!

I’ll be watching BFtH for more posts!

  5. Hannah Beth Says:

Just for the record and so that all of the people who love her blog don’t get angry at me, I didn’t go to Michigan to persuade Spunky Jr. to stop blogging. It was her choice.

People, you can stop sending the hatemail.

    :P

By the way, I am soo glad that she will still be writing for Beauty from the Heart.

  6. Tim Says:

Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure, right, we believe you Hannah.

  7. David Boskovic Says:

Sorry Hannah the damage has been done - we’re all mad.
